Surprise, surprise, but Robert's actually going to go to Socorro with me! That's [livejournal.com profile] zeromog but it's not like he hardly posts. Anyways, we're going down there since Silent Hill: Homecoming is due out tomorrow and somehow [livejournal.com profile] xarx has indoctrinated this SH interest in the rest of us, so it's become a tradition that we should play together. Well, [livejournal.com profile] xarx  and I anyways, but my mom feels better if I don't take the trip alone and Robert needs to get out of the house more anyways. It will be a nice reunion since George's trips down here are usually pretty hectic. I can't take the Friday off, so right now I'm planning for leaving early Sat and Rob and I will ask for Monday off. Mom will let me take the Honda so I won't have to wear out my poor little car anymore, so knock on wood that the electrical doesn't go out as despite being relatively new, that's the Honda's favorite trick. Sound system is good though...oh shit! That leads to another problem! I'll need to make a new mix CD!

I have a weird thing with my music and always need to make a new CD for a trip. Crap, I wonder if I order Heroes now if it will get here on time? I've been putting off making my Battle Mix for that...well, to continue on my problem regarding that order from the last post, I can't decide what else to order to make it to $25. I checked my Fables "collection" and I only have vol. 1 and 8 and some one-offs (not sure why mom got me 8 for my bday and not 2?) but both 2 and 3 only cost 10.53 and it's 11.01 to get to the 25. I don't know how I missed it, but sometime last year apparently, Piers Anthony put out a new book in the Incarnations of Immortality series, which are some of the few books that I have read through, repeatedly even. But that damn book is $12 for some reason and I don't know if it's coming out in paperback or what. So that would give me the 25, but that's a lot of money for a damn novel. No, I don't know why I'm so cheap about books considering what my profession is. Oh, but you know what I just realized? ILL.

And...I just looked it up and only 36 libraries own this damn book!? That's country-wide ya'll. Wonder if I should get it just in case it turns into one of those $50.00 jobs. I'm wondering about Rhapsody on the DS as well, since the only place in town that has it is Gamestop, but I'm hoping people will play thru once and then trade it back in. Topic right. Okay, so I can get that damn Piers Anthony book or volumes 2 and 3 of fables. Or one volume of fables and something that costs 61 cents. :p Any thoughts?

Also, I got Nah in today! I was surprised, but apparently she was only coming from San Antonio, so it only took the weekend! I like her a lot, but she's had her eyeshadow and lip makeup taken off so I think I want to put some back on. Don't really want to take her apart to do so though, so I'll see how much I feel up to it. Oh, the seller also included this crazy huge blythe fro wig, which is awesome, but I have no idea what to do with it, except for putting it on my cats' heads and laughing at them.

Still working on cleaning the living room. I got most of the pullips housed back in the curio cabinet, but it's still a nightmare of epic proportions. Unfortunately, Mom won't come feed my cats while I'm gone unless she can walk through my house and it's looking grim right now. Being tired from the stupid weekend work schedule isn't helping either. And since we've got someone on vacation, I'm not taking my Sunday hour until Wed so that's when we're going to the fair. But I want to know how my pictures did nooooow....*whines* Well, hopefully the fair will keep people away from the library tonight and it will be quiet for the new few hours. I didn't get to bed til 3am last night so I'm sooo not in the mood for obnoxious people and unbehaved children.

George also wants us to go to Albuquerque that weekend....will I be good...?

Albuquerque is completely optional, I'm fine just kicking it at my place with vidja games. If we can teach Robert to rock out on the guitar with us we could do some serious damage on Rock Band during any off hours from Silent Hill. Not too mention the scores of other horror games I have lying around you may want me to play through for you if we have the time.

Bring an extra wii mote and nunchuk if you can as well as mario party 8.

Any chance the cats will leave the wig on long enough for you to take a picture of them?

I'm still undecided on that. Because we'll probably go places that my parents won't and I'm eager to see if a used book store up there will have that damned Piers Anthony book. Plus we'll get to take Robert to a Big City and that will be funny. We'll see how many dolls I buy in the next two weeks lol. I can already guess that Robert will "just watch" on RB but maybe he'll surprise us if we can find music he likes.

Email me about the wiimote and stuff like the night before when I'm packing cause I will forget between now and then. Anything else to bring too.

And I'm totally going to get a pic of afrocats, probably not til wed though since last night was work and tonight's the fair.
