Yay, new Ellowyne Wildes! Boo on having to choose. Not sure if I should get one with the discount or wait. I would get Pale Memories in a heartbeat if stupid FAO didn't have some dumb rule about only being able to use one discount code at a time. They currently have one for Free Shipping on $120 and one for 15% on $120, which would be awesome together since their shipping for one Ello is $17 alone, and I even emailed them, but noooo can't have that. Lame.

The I emailed Jpopdolls to ask about the dollheart grab bags to see if I'd be able to look at mine first and then order more if I liked them, but nope, they're preorder only which ends tomorrow, so bah. I really like the February pullip though she'll likely be getting rewigged, but she won't be paid for til end of January and NeoNoir's not til end of Dec. I hope I don't forget, since I haven't bought pullips in ages. I'm still iffy on Angry. I really like her, but then my other dals are so neglected I don't think I can justiy $100+ on her. I want to like the new boy doll, but it seems like all the ones lately are light-haired, so he just leaves me feeling meh. I'd rather put the money towards another BJD I think. I'd like to get a SD boy, but I can't find any I like, so Sun-tanned Cinderella is still the goal.

I need to come up with a picture for that contest tonight. Well, not so much the picture as a costume. I think about the only thing I have is that Wonder Woman outfit I got from VotD. I can't think of any other "characters" I could do with the stuff I have....of course Halloween isn't doing it for me this year so I'm not feeling terribly creative.

And my black roots are coming back so I guess it's time to quit putting off the salon and make an appointment. I don't mind going, it's just making phone calls has always bothered me. I think my mom gave me that lovely neurosis. :/ I get off at 4 today, so I'll try and make an appt for saturday. Oh did I mention why I'm bummed about Friday? Well, mom made that mad hatter costume and even did it a size bigger and the jacket won't even cover my boobs. Like not even the sides of them. I don't know wtf they were thinking on that thing, since I'm pretty sure most plus-size girls have boobs. and ribcages. I haven't tried the whole thing on yet or gotten the extra pieces cause I'm all pissed off about it. It's even supposed to lace up in the front, but if we try that I'm just going to look like bound ham. Fun.

Anyhow, I guess that's all the stuff I'm moping about at the moment. So what do you guys think? Should I self-medicate with a new Ellowyne?

And maybe whipped cream and woe...gah, I don't know. I should probably wait til after the election and see if the economy looks like it's going to get out of this sinkhole or not. At least the code's good til the 10th.

Oh and if anyone needs Guitar Hero, only $50 at big lots for the game and guitar. I'm gonna try and play tonight. Only, what, two years behind the trend? Heh.
