I feel so tired today. My head is just so heavy. I got 10-12 hours of sleep the past 3 nights, but I guess suddenly going back to 6-7 doesn't bank on the excess hours. Blarg.

Found out yesterday my mom's sister has breast cancer. I'm pretty sure that goes under the category of Bad Things. But I've also heard that getting mamograms can actually cause cancer because by squeezing them in the machines it's rupturing cysts that contain toxins and cancer cells and releasing them out to actually form tumors. And my aunt had been getting mamos and the most recent one didn't even catch it. So I guess I'll just worry about my other weird ailments for the time being like the spazz ear.

Heard back from the dvd place and through the funky english, I gather they're waiting for a shipment to come in that will contain some or all of my dvds. At least I got a response, so I'm more assured that they're not ripping me off.

I actually found things this weekend though! I think George is right in that my psyche is some sort of scary other-realm that should not be delved into, since I have to have these long psycho-analysis sessions to try and figure out what the hell I was thinking when I did stuff previously. I looked everywhere that I had seen GBA games and after gathering those up, still no Castlevania DP. Then I realized that I was also missing Donkey Kong Country and figured that since it's a fave, I would have had it on a trip and so checked the abandoned luggage from the failed Socorro trip (grrr) and had briefly considered the gameboy tiny that I recently rediscovered in a backpack when cleaning the bedroom, but was pretty sure FFIV was in there. But I finally check it and yup, I had crammed DKC and Castlevania in the tinyass pocket, though at least I was right that FFIV was the cartridge in it. Yay! And on top of that, I apparently had already beaten Harmony of Dissonance (though I have no recollection of this, it's under my name, so I'll go with it) and could just move on to Aria of Sorrow. Played that most of the weekend, so I should be finishing soon and moving on to Dawn of Sorrow. Phew!

And then I finished up one of those compliation books of retold fairy tales to return to the library (recommendation courtesy of Lori. Thanks!) and decided to return to Fables, since I had just left off it when I was waiting for the missing volumes to come in. But I read 7 and then couldnt' find it. It took another day of tearing apart the house since I was sure I had moved them into one pile outside of the bedroom while I was previously reading them, but no I had brought the others INTO the bedroom to be with the one I was looking for and they had all gotten shoved under the bed. Oh well, I'm halfway done with 9 and just need to order 11 when the CC cycles around. I think I'll order Princess Debut too, since it's dropped to $23 and I don't feel like waiting for Gamestop since they've had crap coupons lately.

Walmart got in their Valentine Peekaboo Petites (like 2 days before the actual holiday), but yesterday they were already half price so I picked up all four. I think I'll keep stopping by though for when they go to $1.50 like the Halloween ones did. They still have the regular price up so hopefully that stays there to keep people from buying them. ;) Nobody ever got anymore of the international ones though and I still haven't seen any of the other new ones.

Oh! I actually managed to take doll pictures this weekend too. They didn't come out so well, though, since it was later and I was losing the sun, but I'll post them soon when I've finished uploading and selecting the good ones. Until then, here's some cat pictures!

Story time! Actually it sort of is.

Somebody left an apple on the staff room table with a note that said "Whoever wants it" or something like that. And it looked like Nancy's writing and since she's the "religious one" i figured it must be some kind of Job test like you have to truly WANT the apple before you can take it. I dunno, I had a whole crazy rant about it as I'm wont to do. So I dubbed it the God Apple and then took it just so other people couldn't have it, even though I knew I wouldn't eat it. And then I just ended up chucking it in my front yard.

You know, there have been a few times where I've seriously considered seeing a psychologist, but I am very much afraid that I will either be seen as a freak or put on so many meds, I don't know which way is up.

So I just inflict ya'll with my crazies. ;)

I love "Mr. Sad Eyes" even if he does remind me of my cat Loki when she's about to do something destructive and terrible.

lol Did the name Loki come before or after you knew she was destructive? Mr. Sad Eyes used to be much more of a brat, but he's settled down quite a bit, though he still picks on Sita sometimes.

Before, but I guess I chose well. haha. She did introduce herself to me by snagging my pants through the bars of her cage and dragging me towards her though (she came from the humane society) so that may have had something to do with it.

Cats are awesome. I love watching them play.
