Ah, not sure if I should post an intro to this, but I've had the supplies for awhile now and so when I watched Para Egypt, I altered my plans for this project and well...here's what we came up with. If you missed the others here they are:
Zizzlinger Birthday Surprise
Wuv-Luv C-Section
I hope even you guys who don't know me and Robert in real life will enjoy this, too. :D
Our story begins with unforeseen summer storms and as such it had been raining a lot here in our part of New Mexico and as such, the rivers gained momentum and the earth was shifted around. This normally just means superficial changes in the landscape, but recently, the washing away of new dirt gave way to something old...

As you can see, a pyramid was unearthed in the New Mexican desert. And being the resident adventurers, Robert and I donned the mantels of archaeologists and went to investigate this mysterious finding...
Before we left, though, Robert had a gift for me. Just a bauble he'd found on his last expedition, but knowing my penchant for shiny things he passed it on to me, a good luck charm for our mission ahead...

We packed other provisions as well, a book of ancient text, shovel, tools, camera and every survivalist's must, a combat knife. Who knows what creatures had made this tomb a home in the centuries that it had been buried. We took some pictures in the shadow of the pyramid to commemorate this trip...

And then Robert started the excavation to open a doorway back in time...

Upon entering, we were disappointed to note that the pyramid looked cleaned out. No artifacts, no tombs...just vast emptiness. We tried to decipher some of the text on the walls, but it just wasn't as fun without any cool discoveries we could attach our names to or sell for money, you know?

But as we walked along the debris, I noticed something tucked under one of the fallen bricks...
