Holiday Update

zalliaChristmas cards were dumped in the mailbox this morning! Hopefully they get everywhere before people start leaving their residences for vacation. They would have been out sooner, but I had the bright idea to make nice address labels, but I forgot what a stupid piece of crap Word is and after an hour and a half!! I gave up and wrote them out in 3 minutes. I wanted a cute picture on there though...
All presents are bought, as well. Unfortunately, half of them are still in transit and with no ship notices, I have no idea when to expect anything. Which is especially problematic because my Secret Santa stuff is knitting junk I bought with Mom's and the party is this friday. Robert, I imagine, I will be seeing closer to Christmas. But I don't want to mess with wrapping stuff until I can do it all at once, so there's just a messy present pile in my dining room.
I did finally get one of my fukubugs and not even that much f-u in it!

Got some white fishnet stockings too and someone's already messaged me about selling me the bonnet that goes with the dress. And while I don't really love the color of that coat, it has real working buttons! Like tiny buttonholes ane everything! Trippy.
Unfortunately, the package with the Boy bag and MSD bag from Hong Kong left Jamaica, NY on the 12th and hasn't been heard from since. And while it sounds like it's just "doll clothes" it's actually worth a lot, so I'm going to be piiiiissed off if it's lost or stolen. I'm hoping it just got tied up in customs or something. :|
I actually got a Puki pic taken but since I had a headache pretty much every day last week and no strikes of inspiration it was horribly last minute and it shows. And looking at some past contests, a number of people there have pretty pro setups so I'm not expecting much from this. Need to try that faceplate thing now.

Tongue sticking out and in a chef's outfit?! Damn you, Fairyland!! I kinda like the littlefee shiwoo too, to be a friend for my vampire girl since I think they're about the same size. And free faceplates of the angry girl and a singing one. It's kind of ass that they don't include faceups though. I'm guessing you could pay for them though. At least this runs through January because...
My car's in the shop. It's stuff that needed to be done, but still a horrible time to possibly have major expenses forthcoming. I did get a check from my mortgage company yesterday though, $118 for escrow refunds or something, so while I would like for that to go to a new Puki, it's going to be paying for car stuff. And I have my parent's car, but it finally got too cold to use the moon roof!!
Oh and we had 65mph winds on Saturday which freaking BROKE THE FRAME and busted out the bottom hinge of my shed door. Luckily the only thing in there is my lawn mower and black widows, but it still weirds me out to think people would be messing around in there.
