Got the Buffy dvds last night! Target had restocked, so yay! Dunno when I'll actually get around to watching them, though.

Went to Wal-mart and scanned the Peekaboos and they were...full price again? Guess it's good I bought mine when they were half price. Not sure what's going on there, so I'll just keep an eye on them. But as I was walking out, I noticed that something else had been marked down....the Momoko boyfriends!! I need to go back for the third set for Poodle Momo, but here's the other two:





Better expressions than Ken has and way better than the gay parade that the High School Musical boy dolls are. Which is odd since the guys these are based off are really unattractive, so Mattel really did them a favor with these dolls. Though the cute one has the least attractive doll, so I dunno how that works. Downside is poseability is pretty much non-existent on them. Oh well, I think they make cute couples.

Oh and you guys should try the Tim Tam cookies from Pepperidge Farm! They're a bit pricey, but when you consider that candy bars are about a buck these days, it's not too bad. They're super tasty! Apparently they come from Australia too? They have caramel in them. ^_^

The headless body seller said she shipped today, but no tracking number. Still not buying the head til I have it in hand and it's in good shape. It's already been about 2 weeks since I paid, so I'm rather wary at this point.

Got the Cherished Friends order in too! I'll take pics of my lovely redressed Kickit tomorrow as well as the newly wigged niblets. Day off from work! No Jury Duty! Yay!

They're Rebelde barbies. ^_^ Rebelde is this Spanish TV show with high school kids that are also a band...I think. I have the dvds but haven't watched them yet.

It is weird that Mattel chose to make them, but I'm guessing they only released them in close-to-the-boarder places like here. ;)

I see those all the time at Target and I'm always like, "what are they???" They are the best looking boy dolls on the Barbie aisle though. I feel bad for the HSM and Camp Rock boys. They got shafted on dolls. The only nice boy doll I've found is My Scene's River from the Getting Ready: Out with the Girls set. He has nice hair and looks cute in glasses. :)

Have you ever noticed that in order to get the HSM and CR boy dolls to sing you have to press awfully low? My mom and I were having a laugh over it when we found "the button" as it has been dubbed.

I need to watch the dvds, but they've got them numbered strangely so I'm not sure if I have them in order or wtf is going on. They're like 1b and 2a and then one that just has a subtitle. I thought it was weird too, that they're actually under the Barbie label since nobody really seems to know what this show is! I haven't seen a MyScene boy instore for aaaages.

Do they? I'll have to giggle about that next time we go to Target. I usually avert my eyes from them quickly due to all the pink, ugly hats and that douche in the kilt.
