Okay, since my brain's functioning at half power, and therefore about 1-2 weeks behind on everything, I'm just now processing that idea that snarky_imp provided me with and the link to the 100 themes thing.

I guess some random internet person came up with 100 words/phrases that are meant to encourage you to do one piece of art per each one. Seems to be photos, paintings, manga drawings, fantasy-based, what have you, and she gave it to me as a substitute for doing the doll photo contest.

365 Day Toy Project was epic fail, but I think once a day is just too demanding and the contests are too stressful. But I'm curious if anyone wants to attempt this with me? Doesn't have to be photos. Naomi, you can do drawings or graphic arts things or something or heck maybe even a blend of photos and some other medium. I'm all for being creative. Poems? Why not!

Anyways, we could run down the list or do a random pull and you guys could post in the replies your thing as well or just the link to your own LJ. I do better when I have at least one other person doing something with me. I'm thinking one every three days? If not, I guess it would be just as easy to do more than one per day, huh...cause that might take awhile. I dunno, what do you guys think?

ooh, I'd love to do this with you though I'll definitely be taking the "mixed media" route though and writing some of them. hahah.

Yay! How would you like to do it? One every three days? More, less? In order or randomized? Other things I haven't fully thought out?

Every three days should be good (even though it took me four to get back to this. cough). I also found this http://www.random.org/sequences/ so we can generate a random sequence.

And does 67% have some other meaning I don't know about? Cause...I don't know what the heck picture you could get from that. :|

It's roughly 2/3 so I was thinking of a glass 2/3 full, others perhaps 2/3 empty. You....a doll with no head and missing an arm?

Always.

I'm in!
But I'm usually so busy weekends I don't know if I could get it done on those days. So I doubt everyday would work.
Maybe give it a flexible thing like x/week so it's not required a specific day for it to be done on just to have the total done by like.. friday or something. What do ya think?

Mixed media would be the most fun.

As for what 67% is.... an excuse to add 2% milk? I dunno.

Oh, that's an idea. Do you think 3 or 4? Random or just knock them out in order?
Yeah, definately whatever medium you feel like at the moment. I'm pretty sure I'll get bored of photos and would like to draw or write something at some point.

I think 3 is a nice prime number.

I think we should all at least be on the same words even if we don't do them in the order given.

When do we want to start this? In August?

I've been meaning to start this, but I know full well that if I say I'll play once a week, I'll get... distracted. And some weeks I'll do more than one. But I'll give it a shot.

Not a problem! I'm the master of not finishing projects. Games, art, doll customizing, tv series, the list goes on! In fact, I was having a hard time finding other people who finished this thing too, since I was trying to find what other people did for that 67% one. So no worries, we'll all be flakes together, I'm sure. ;D

Yay for flakes! I figure, if hell freezes and I make it a two-thirds of the way through, 67% will be a picture of someone/a few someones lazing around all, "you got any ideas? yeah. me neither."

cuz I don't get it either.
