Late Birthday Update

zalliaWell, it's about time I update this thing.
My 25th birthday was relatively uneventful. Errands in the morning included taking the White cat to the vet for an infected leg and getting the car put in my name (yay, equity!) and the insurance as well. But then I picked up Robert and despite lameness at the flea markets, we went to the petroleum building to take pictures of downtown Roswell and played Wario Ware on the Wii and did some other stuff I can't recall now. Oh, dinner at Red Lobster and Mud Pie ice cream cake. Presents you ask?
Robert: Fat sacks of Barbie clothes and a cross-stitch dollhouse is pending.
Naomi: Fat sack of cash and a card!
Mom/family: Crystal pineapple necklace and pineapple earrings, cat cell phone charm, lots of Chococat stuff, Pirates of the Caribbean Dollcena and PotC towel...and a Canon Powershot A560 digital camera! Yay! I think it's my most expensive birthday gift ever. Very nice camera though I haven't really been struck by inspiration lately enough to put it through the rigors. These pictures were taken with it, though.
Tatton: My lovely boyfriend gave me my first Pullip at my bequest, Brand New Purezza, as well as a mini. And bejeweled Hello Kitty earrings. And probably other stuff I can't remember since this was back in April.
Now, what's a Pullip, you ask? Well, my new obsession! They're a ball-jointed doll from Japan and you can see pictures of the ones I have here. I have a fourth now, but I'm not sure how I'm liking her so I haven't taken pictures yet. And yes, I very much need to prune my flickr account. -_- They're very photogenic and since I've always loved minitures this is a great excuse to buy them. The downside is, that they're rather expensive, though not nearly as much as the big BJDs, and I like a lot of them and would like to start customizing them, and damn I wish I was rich. Oh, well. It's given me some new people to interact with and Tatton and Robert have been very supportive and into them.
